В Польше регистрацией доменов (как у нас РосНИИРОС) занимается NASK .

Официальный порядок регистрации не отличается от российского. Но вот сроки регистраций гораздо длиннее, чем у нас.

Итак, сначала вы ищите провайдера, который даёт вам название сервера и данные по DNS. Затем вы заполняете анкету на регистрацию домена в NASK.

А вот здесь вас ждёт сюрприз, ибо при заполнении сведений о себе вы должны указать также номер NIP (в России это ИНН) или Regon (номер получаемый при регистрации хозяйственной деятельности в Польше).

У вас, как у негражданина России, разумеется, NIP'а просто не может быть. А для регистрации хозяйственной деятельности вы должны лично приехать в Польшу, подать заявление в соответствующий орган, и определённое время ждать ответа.

Простейшим решением является регистрация домена на вашего надёжного польского партнёра.

Более сложный путь - списаться с NASK'ом и получить от них подробные инструкции.

Если у вас хорошие отношения с польским провайдером, он может зарегистрировать домен на свой регистрационный код (при этом в графе владельца будет стоять ваш адрес, E-mail, и т.д.).

Так что просто прийти с улицы и зарегистрировать домен в Польше вам не удастся.

Регистрация домена в NASK и годовая поддержка:

Под "региональными" имеются ввиду домены с трёхсимвольным обозначением города (например, "название.waw.pl" для Варшавы, как у нас, например, "название.msk.pl").

Оплата за регистрацию на городских доменах, например, название.warszawa.pl зависит от политики владельца сайта. И может колебаться от 50 zl до 300 zl за "хорошее имя". Для регистрации в таких доменах следует связываться с их непосредственными владельцами.

REGISTRATION

1. What shall I do to register a domain?

To register the domain it is necessary to correctly send the electronic Registration Application Form, which is available via NASK’s home page at www.dns.pl. Once the electronic Registration Application Form has been sent it should be printed out, clearly signed by persons authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the applicant, and affixed with the company seal (in the case of natural persons any seal is not required). The Registration Application Form in writing should be sent to NASK within seven days from the date of sending of its electronic version either by fax to the following number: (+48 22) 523 13 01 or by post to the following address: NASK, ul. Bartycka 18, 00-716 Warsaw. The delivery date of the Registration Application Form in writing shall be prevailing.

2. What syntax should be applied for the domain names being registered?

Domain name may exclusively contain the letters of Latin alphabet, digits and ”-” sign (minus).

”-” sign may not occur at the beginning and at the end of domain name. Totally, a name at each domain level may contain up to 63 characters.

3. Does it matter if domain name is written in small or in capital letters?

The letter size is not distinguished in terms of the domain name service.

4. What domain names may be registered?

In the Registration Application Form the subscriber makes statement that he/she has the right to select the domain name. The names of localities, which are the seats of communes, powiats (Polish administrative units) and provinces, will not be registered in the domain ”.pl”. This issue is regulated by the Order of the Council of Ministers of December 21, 1999 (Dz. U. No. 110/99 item 1267).

5. What domains do NASK administer?

NASK administer the country code domain ”.pl” and a number ofthe second level domains – (functional domains such as .com.pl; .biz.pl; .net.pl; .org.pl; etc. and regional domains such as .waw.pl; .bydgoszcz.pl; etc.). 6. What should be completed by the applicant in the Registration Application Form in writing?

Before sending the printed Registration Application Form to NASK it must be clearly signed by persons (including seals of such persons) authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the subscriber, and affixed with the company seal (in the case of natural persons any seal is not required).

7. How to fill in the Registration Application Form?

The Registration Application Form, which is available at www.dns.pl, should be filled in accordance with the description of its individual boxes by entering data as required. If the registration system detects the lack of data or error it will display appropriate messages. The data entered to the Application Form can be corrected at each stage of its completion before its electronic version is finally approved for sending.

Once the electronic Registration Application Form has been approved it should be printed out. It is advised that the Registration Application Form be written to a disk of local computer.

8. How much will the registration and the first period of domain maintenance cost?

The registration fee and maintenance fee for each yearly period (12 months) will be as follows:

- regional domain - PLN 50

- functional domain - PLN 150

- country code domain - PLN 300 (PLN 200 as from 31/12/2000)

(VAT of 22% should be added to the above specified fees).

The cost of the first yearly period (12 months) of the domain maintenance is included in the registration fee.

9. How long is the Registration Application Form valid?

The electronic form is valid for 7 days. In the event of failure to deliver to NASK the Registration Application Form in writing within the above mentioned time limit, the electronic Registration Application Form is automatically removed from the queue of applicants.

It is required to repeat the whole procedure to register the domain name.

When the domain name is removed it may also be used by other applicants for the registration purposes.

10. How long it takes to register a domain name?

NASK undertakes to register the domain name within 5 business days from the date of receipt by NASK of the Registration Application Form in writing as far as it is correct.

11. What, if there is a delay in the registration process?

Any information on the filed Registration Application Forms can be obtained by sending requests via e-mail to the following address: info@dns.pl and stating the Application Identification Number.

Answers will be given only to questions, which are contained in the body of electronic letter, excluding any appendices, which may be attached thereto.

Any requests lacking the Application Identification Number will not be considered.

12. Shall I place ”WWW” before my domain name; are ”WWW” names registered?

No. ”WWW” is a proprietary name reserved for services provided via the Internet.

13. Is it possible to check if a given domain exists?

You can use the browser at NASK web sites available at www.dns.pl. If a given domain name exists the information on DNS servers, which are called by the domain name delegation, will be displayed.

14. Is it possible to change a domain name?

No. The previous domain should be signed off and a new one should be registered.

15. Who is entitled to register regional domain names?

The name of a specific province, powiat (Polish administrative unit) or commune in the domain ”.pl” may only be registered by relevant state administration body or local government. The detailed list of names of provinces, powiats (Polish administrative units) and communes is specified in the Order of the Council of Ministers dated December 21, 1999 (Dz. U. No. 110/99 item 1267).

16. Is data on name servers needed for a domain registration?

Yes, it is necessary. To register the domain, data on at least two name servers (their names and IP address numbers) is needed. The service of entry and maintenance of the domain on a name server is provided by ISPs.

At present, when registering any domain, the name servers stated in the Registration Application Form are not required to be configured.

17. Does NASK make reservations for domain names?

No, NASK does not make reservations for domain names.

18. How to inform NASK about any changes in the subscriber’s data?

NASK should promptly be informed about any changes in the subscriber’s data.

Updated data should be sent either by fax to the following number (+48 22) 523 13 01 or by post to the NASK’s address with stating the subscriber’s identification data (e.g. as in the Registration Application Form), which enables NASK to identify the subscriber (previous and new name of entity, address, NIP number, etc.).

19. Can several domain names be included in the single Registration Application Form?

Yes, if all the subscriber’s data and technical data are the same. The successive domain names should be separated by commas (single Registration Application Form may contain up to 9 domain names).
